Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake all bakery items following established standards.
• Maintain high level of safety and sanitation.
• Operate, clean, and maintain baking machines and equipment.

Skills

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge in scratch bakery

Fluent English speaking, writing, and comprehension

Knife skills

Education
