Qualifications

• Bakery experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Experience with sourdough, laminated dough, or pastries is a plus.
• Comfortable with recipes, weights, measurements, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods following Bread Boy recipes.
• Mix, shape, proof, laminate, fill, decorate, and bake products consistently.
• Assist with high-volume production while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Operate mixers, ovens, sheeters, pastry tools safely.
• Keep bakery stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Package finished products for pastry case, bread shelves, and events.
