9 Bean Rows is seeking a Professional Artisan Baker to join our Bread department. You will oversee the bread production, ensure quality, and coordinate with front of house, farmers market, and wholesale teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and adherence to SOPs in a busy bakery setting. Requirements include at least 2 years in a commercial bakery or kitchen, experience with leavened dough, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bread team tasks are completed on time and to the bakery's SOPs.
• Accountable for overall bread quality while on shift.
• Prepare and sort bread for front of house, farmer's market, and wholesale teams.
• Communicate updates and issues to team leads.
• Follow all checklists and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Regularly inspect premises for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
