Responsibilities:

• Bread Shaping
• Bread Mixing
• Dough Mixing for properly balanced dough
• Manage the temperature and proofing of dough with folds
• Taking Responsibility for brisk work pace, accuracy, and achieving as high standards as you can. The ideal candidate would have an interest in how the processes work and desire to see each product come out as good as possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must. The right candidate should able to communicate clearly with management as well as coworkers.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
