Responsibilities

• Follow state hygiene and safety rules for food handling.
• Track and organize bakery ingredients and supplies; report shortages.
• Pick and pack orders for markets and stage for delivery.
• Contribute ideas to seasonal recipe testing with local ingredients.
• Keep supervisor informed on production needs and issues.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies and assist with other tasks.
