Job summary

Arthrex Tampa is seeking an experienced Arthroplasty Manager – Lower Extremity (Knee & Hip) to support the Greater Tampa Bay Area, North to Lakeland, and South to Port Charlotte. You will join the Arthroplasty team to expand the Knee and Hip arthroplasty business, focusing on Corin Reconstructive Portfolio and Apollo Robotic Platform.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying new surgeon relationships and expanding knee and hip arthroplasty market share.
Lead portfolio adoption of Corin Knee/Hip portfolio and Apollo Robotic Platform during evaluations and conversions.
Develop the sales team through field engagement, cadaveric labs, product education, and ongoing professional development.
Build lasting surgeon partnerships through clinical collaboration, education, and solutions-oriented approaches.
Execute strategic growth initiatives with agency leadership to create account-specific plans and accelerate business development.
Maintain visibility into the opportunity pipeline and drive conversion of opportunities into measurable growth.
