Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with ability to influence in high-pressure OR environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and stakeholders.
• Postsecondary degree or equivalent commercial/clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OR expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology with teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and growth initiatives within territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and proficiency in live environments.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to territory revenue.
• Represent Smith+Neghew at labs, services, and medical education events.
