Job summary

Arthrex Tampa seeks an experienced Arthroplasty Manager – Lower Extremity to lead knee and hip market expansion from the Greater Tampa Bay Area to Port Charlotte. You will partner with agency leadership to drive adoption of the Corin Reconstructive Portfolio and Apollo Robotic Platform, while developing the sales team and surgeon relationships.

This role blends strategic growth with hands-on clinical support, requiring a proven track record in orthopedic sales and cross-territory leadership.

Qualifications

Experience leading orthopedic sales teams and driving market growth.
Expertise in knee and hip arthroplasty technologies.
Ability to develop surgeon partnerships and education programs.
Comfort with cross-territory strategy and field leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing surgeon relationships and expanding knee/hip arthroplasty market share.
Lead portfolio adoption of Corin Knee/Hip and Apollo Robotic Platform with evaluations and conversions.
Coach and train field representatives through clinical support and product education.
Build lasting surgeon partnerships through clinical collaboration and solutions-oriented approaches.
Develop account plans with agency leadership to accelerate business development.
Maintain visibility into the opportunity pipeline and convert opportunities into growth.
