Job summary

Amentum is seeking a NCC Help Desk technician to support NORAD IT operations at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, CO. You will troubleshoot hardware and software on Windows 10, MS Office, and government apps, providing 24x7 support on rotating shifts.

Requirements include DoD IAT Level II or SEC+ or higher, active Secret clearance, 1 year direct IT experience, and 2 years of work history. Travel up to 10%. Salary: $68,000–$70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• DoD IAT Level II or SEC+ certification required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 1 year of direct IT experience required.
• 2 years of work history required.
• Ability to diagnose network and client issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Ability to support 24x7x365 CMSFS environment independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues per trouble tickets.
• Maintain Remedy tickets and track progress.
• Support Windows 10, MS Office and government software.
• Coordinate with Government customers and contractor team.
• Assist in installations and renovations projects.
• Prepare status reports and metrics.
• Be flexible with shifts (6am–6pm, 6pm–6am, or 7am–3:30pm).
