Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Communications Focal Point Administrator to support NORAD/ITW/AA at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado. The role involves serving on the 21CS CFP team and providing daily operational support to military customers and contractors.

The candidate will update procedures, manage Remedy tickets, and coordinate CMSFS work orders while maintaining strong government relations. Requires DoD IAT II and Security+ certifications, with up to 10% travel and on-site work at CMSFC

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of work history.
• Must have 1 year of directly related experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Customer Service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the 21CS CFP team supporting CMSFS mission centers.
• Establish and update operations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide client-side mission support, resolve system problems, and answer questions via phone/email.
