INNOVIM seeks a NMAC Systems Administrator to support NORAD ITW/AA and NISSC 3 at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado Springs. The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Panama-shift availability for 24/7 operations.
Location is in the Chidlaw Building and Peterson Space Force Base; relocation assistance is not provided. Expect travel to off-site locations and coordination with multiple centers.
Formación
- Must have 1.5 years of directly related experience.
- Must have at least 4 years of general work history.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and hardware.
- Experience with Windows System Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Virtualization.
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies.
- DoD IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE)
- Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Responsabilidades
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, peripheral, and networking problems in stressful situations.
- Explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.
- Optimize, fine-tune, and monitor operating system software and hardware.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Create Incident Reports on system issues and performing system data collection.
- Provide server, workstation, and application expertise to government, civilian and contractor users.
- Provide support to other work centers and test community.
- Travel to off-site locations with the supported community user.
- Escort and provide support to engineers and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate with other Mission Assurance Centers.
- Order replacement of new hardware and software including warranty claims.
- Other duties as assigned.
