Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Network Operations Center Lead to manage and mentor the CMSFS NISSC II team on-site at Cheyenne Mountain, CO. You will coordinate operations, maintain mission readiness, and serve as SME for CFP and NOC processes, ensuring timely metrics and stakeholder briefings.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 2+ years leadership and customer service experience, and interaction with senior DoD customers. On-site position with potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+CE).
• Minimum 2 years of work history and 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor team to ensure excellent client service and uninterrupted mission support.
• Foster collaboration between team members and users.
• Monitor the teams to ensure completion of required tasks.
• Maintain and improve the relationship between Government leadership and the NISSC II contractor team.
• Serve as an NISSC II SME and advisor on CFP and NOC processes and mission systems status.
• Prepare, submit, and brief daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and status reports.
• Serve as a coordination point for CMSFS mission partners and customers.
• Develop and update operational checklists, concepts of operations, communication matrices, and related plans and documentation.
