Job summary

Amentum seeks a Communications Focal Point Administrator to support NORAD/CMSFS operations at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Center in Colorado. You will perform IT-based communications functions, assist in procedures, and maintain mission system status for government leadership and contractors.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, DoD IAT Level II or higher, and at least 2 years of related experience with customer service. On-site work and occasional travel up to 10% are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• DoD IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+ce).
• 2 years of work history.
• 1 year of directly related experience.
• 2 years of experience in customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support IT-based communications functions for CMSFS mission centers and customers.
• Provide client-side mission support during daily operations, relocations, exercises, and events.
• Resolve classified and unclassified system problems and answer questions via phone/email.
• Create, track, and close actions in Remedy within government timelines.
• Coordinate CMSFS Work Order activities and maintain relationships with government leadership.
