Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is hiring an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care in a community-based, patient-centered setting. You will work within the PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care across diverse populations.

The role requires WA RN/ARNP licensure, WA prescriptive authority, and experience in a broad primary care clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARNP program is required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington is required.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State is required.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: minimum 3,400 encounters per year (full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health.
• Empower patients via self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
• Maintain required annual trainings (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
