Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health care organization. You will work within a PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include advanced assessments, care management, patient education, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong nursing process knowledge: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations of 3,400 encounters per year (full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and department development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
