Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating within the Patient Centered Medical Home model in Washington. You will collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

The role requires WA RN/ARNP licensure and prescriptive authority, with broad primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time).
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time equivalent).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
