Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic. This permanent, full-time role operates under a PCMH model and requires collaboration with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive primary care.

The position emphasizes care coordination, patient education, and evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current WA RN and ARNP licensure.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient self-management.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48-hour window, 95% of the time).
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and plans prior to execution.
