KingRecruitingServices is assisting a patient-centered community healthcare organization in Washington to recruit an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). This full-time, permanent role collaborates with a team of physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care under the PCMH model.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority in Washington (required).
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor population health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain all procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and departmental practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
