Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. The role operates within a PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Relocation assistance is available. A broad primary care setting experience is preferred, with strong nursing process knowledge and a commitment to patient education and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients.
• Use sound clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of other health professionals including student NPs.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
