Job summary

Neros is seeking an Army Direct Sales Associate to drive drone adoption across Army units. You will manage relationships, inbound traffic, quotes, and field demonstrations while coordinating with BD, Operations, and Strategy teams.

You will travel to military bases and field locations, translating Soldier feedback to engineering and BD, and you will grow into leading outbound engagements end to end in a dynamic startup setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in defense business development, military operations, or a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with Army units, culture, and organization, or the curiosity to learn fast.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience planning and executing events, demos, and field engagements.
• Honest communication with customers and teammates, including admitting when you don't know the answer.
• Excellent communication with military and civilian stakeholders, from PV2 to General.
• Willingness to travel frequently to military bases and field locations.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships across Army units to accelerate drone adoption.
• Manage inbound customer traffic and quotes; keep CRM current.
• Plan and execute field demonstrations and trade shows.
• Feed Soldier insights back to engineering and BD.
• Map units, commands, and program offices that shape Army drone adoption.
• As you grow, conduct demonstrations independently and own outbound engagements end to end.
