Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect staff performance and service quality on shift.
• Assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders.
