Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to supervise the delivery of security services at an assigned client site. The supervisor will liaise between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers, providing coaching and discipline to staff within approved empowerment ranges.

The role requires crisis management, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling and reporting while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local regulations.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Operate scheduling and billing software to generate reports.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee officer training and performance management.
• Handle employee grievances with HR support.
• Abilities: work in varying environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, stand/walk for long periods.
