Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor - Armed - Driver to supervise and coordinate delivery of security services at a designated site. You will lead on-site officers, liaise with the client and Operations Managers, and ensure safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to supervise security staff and coordinate client sites.
• Experience with scheduling and billing software.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services at assigned site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive training and performance evaluations.
• Report staffing needs and participate in interviews.
• Respond to crisis situations on client sites.
