Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Site Supervisor - Armed - Experienced to supervise the delivery of quality services at the client site. The role acts as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers, and includes coaching and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Requirements include being at least 21 with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, ability to handle crises calmly,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate scheduling technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports.
• Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager and assist in identifying candidates.
• Ensure officers receive training and perform evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services for the client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers.
• Coach and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Ensure training and performance evaluations for officers.
• Prepare reports using scheduling/billing software.
• Coordinate staffing and recruitment for openings.
