Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to lead security staff at a Manassas client site. The role involves supervising delivery of services, coordinating with customers, and acting as liaison between customers and operations managers.

Requires strong leadership and communication, plus ability to manage crises and schedules. The position pays $40.00 per hour and offers standard security industry benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by federal/state/local laws.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services to an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers; provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive training and performance evaluations; manage staffing needs and interview quality candidates.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce actionable reports for management.
