Qualifications

• 1+ years' armed security or related experience.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.
• 21+ years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103).
• Armed Guard Card/License (C135) and Concealed Carry Weapons Permit (C121).
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services for an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Oversee scheduling, reporting, and staff development.
