Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and coordinate quality service delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers, operations managers and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software for reports.
• Communicate staffing needs and assist in candidate interviews.
