Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor Experienced Driver to oversee on-site security operations at a client site in a residential or commercial setting. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance while ensuring contract compliance and smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, solid communication, and the ability to respond to client needs and emergencies quickly.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must possess supervisory experience in security.
• Active listening and effective communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training, screening, and post orders compliance for personnel.
• Monitor quality of service and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and recommend personnel actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as required.
