Job summary

Allied Universal in Erlanger, KY is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee armed security operations at a client site and supervise staff. You will coordinate with Operations Managers and security officers to maintain high service quality.

The role requires 2+ years of armed security and supervisory experience, an armed license, and strong communication and crisis-management skills. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, $20/hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Pass background check and drug screen compliance.
• Demonstrate clear written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services at the client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Ops Managers and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure training and performance management of staff.
