Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise security personnel on site.
• Must pass state licensing requirements and any required training.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime within limits set by management.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys as needed.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and respond to client requests.
