Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Louisville, KY. The role oversees security operations at the client site, ensuring staffing, training, and compliance with contract requirements. The position includes managing overtime, supervising personnel, and coordinating with the client to ensure high-quality service.

Starting rate is $19.58 per hour, with full-time benefits after 60 days. Active DOD Secret Clearance is required, and orientation and training are provided.

Competenze

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise security personnel on site.
• Must pass state licensing requirements and any required training.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Mansioni

• Oversee all security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime within limits set by management.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys as needed.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and respond to client requests.
