Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services at a client site. The role acts as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers to ensure high standards of service.

The supervisor will coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate training within approved guidelines. A valid armed guard license and a current driver’s license are required, with a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the public and staff at all levels.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient in scheduling and billing software to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services at the assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive necessary training and performance evaluations.
• Identify staffing needs and participate in interviewing quality candidates.
