Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Seattle to oversee the delivery of security services at a client site. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with operations managers, and acting as the main point of contact for on-site operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of armed security or law enforcement experience, is at least 21, holds required licenses, and can manage crises while delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate client site technology.
• Able to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to use scheduling and billing software to produce reports for management.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager and participate in interviewing quality candidates.
• Ensure officers receive training and are managed for performance, coaching, and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services for an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Oversee scheduling and reporting tasks and maintain client-site operations.
