Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in McHenry, MS. The role oversees delivery of security services, acts as liaison between customers and managers, and provides coaching to site staff. The position requires 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and an updated resume.

Starting pay is $28 per hour with standard benefits; licensing may be required by state/local laws, and a background check plus drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Background investigation and drug screen are required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Experience in Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Use scheduling and billing software to produce reports for management.
