Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at the assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Assist with uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicle management at the account, maintaining inventories.
