Walden Security is recruiting experienced Court Security Officers to provide armed security at courthouses under the USMS contract. CSOs will perform entrance control, roving patrols, post assignments, escort duties, and security presence in court areas.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, three years of verifiable law enforcement experience, a valid driver’s license, and DOJ clearance. Candidates must be 21+, pass a drug screen and background check, and read English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of verifiable law enforcement experience within the last seven years.
• Must have valid driver's license and DOJ clearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform entrance control and screening to detect weapons and contraband.
• Conduct roving patrols of court facilities and grounds.
• Maintain stationary posts, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and secure courtrooms.
• Provide armed escort for judges and court personnel as directed.
• Direct traffic and manage pedestrian flow at court facilities.
• Enforce federal law and court rules within the facility.
• Prepare reports on incidents, hours worked, and contract performance.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and test security devices.
