Walden Security is hiring experienced Court Security Officers (CSOs) to provide armed security for courthouses under the USMS contract. Responsibilities include entrance control, roving patrols, stationary posts, escorts, traffic directing, and enforcing federal law within court facilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least three years as a certified law enforcement officer or military equivalent, a valid driver's license, DOJ clearance, and completion of a certified

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record for past five years.
• Must have completed or graduated from certified law enforcement training academy and provide proof.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Perform entrance control and enforce identification procedures.
• Roving patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stationary post assignments monitoring CCTV and security devices.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel.
• Direct traffic and control lights at court facilities.
• Enforce federal law and protect government employees and property.
• Prepare reports on labor hours, incidents, or security issues.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and inspect courtrooms prior to proceedings.
• Maintain order and enforce court rules within courtrooms.
