Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of verifiable law enforcement experience within last 7 years.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 5 years.
• DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and security screening.
• Roving patrols of court facilities and grounds.
• Stationary post assignments at courtrooms and judge chambers.
• Armed escort duties for judges and court personnel.
• Direct traffic and control lights at facility properties where applicable.
• Prepare and file incident and contract performance reports.
• Ensure court security and preserve order within court areas.
