Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional work experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience delivering digital learning projects with high-level stakeholders.
• Certified in PMP, ScrumMaster, or PMI-ACP preferred.
• Knowledge of SCORM and learning management systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, tasks, resources, and information.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and costs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet quality standards.
• Define requirements, scope, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Prepare action plans with tasks, resources, and timeframes.
• Lead cross-functional team collaboration and task execution.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and chair meetings.
• Develop and monitor risk management plans and quality control.
