Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Program Managers on Prime Programs in a hybrid role based in Columbia, MD, with occasional travel to Fort Meade and San Antonio. You will handle customer interactions, scheduling, budgeting, and meeting minutes to ensure project success.

You will work with senior management and engineers, developing schedules, maintaining documentation, and delivering timely reports while maintaining strong customer-facing communication and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Clearance: Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required; not required on day one.
• 3+ years experience supporting projects/programs; 1 year with a Masters; or 7 years with a HS diploma.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and recording minutes/actions.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Desire to learn Program/Project Management; quick learner.
• Prior experience with finance/budgeting skills.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts.
• Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional responses to the customer.
• Track down information and prepare reports/briefs for customers.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills; detail oriented.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hybrid role based out of Columbia, MD with visits to Ft. Meade, MD; travel to San Antonio, TX.
• Travel: ~10% to San Antonio, TX and Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project/Program Managers on government contracts.
• Interact with engineers through senior management.
• Update/maintain project/program schedules.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Interact with government customers.
• Assist PM with project budgets and timekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
