Job summary

DSI Tech is seeking a Project Coordinator to support network infrastructure implementation projects at our Ashburn, VA headquarters. The role involves setting deadlines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reporting status to upper management. Travel to client sites and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

A hybrid schedule is available after 90 days onsite. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT project management, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related IT field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience and/or working knowledge of Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and actively participate in meetings.
• Document key decisions and action items with timely follow-up.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain documentation.
• Identify project risks and issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to team members.
