Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Project and Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced Engineering team in Arlington, Virginia on a temporary basis with extension potential.

Position involves onboarding/offboarding contractors, coordinating meetings, and generating internal communications and materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of operations or project coordination experience. Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced Engineering team through operational, administrative, and program coordination activities.
• Manage headcount tracking, organizational reports, distribution lists, and team information.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding, vendor communications, meetings, and administrative processes.
• Support Engineering town halls, team events, meeting logistics, internal communications, and presentation materials.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support key operational initiatives.
