Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead the Arizona service operations from Phoenix, ensuring consistency, profitability and strong customer focus across the region. You will partner with General Managers to drive performance and service excellence, with accountability for revenue, margins and workflow across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in fire protection leadership, a solid grasp of NFPA standards, and proven ability to manage budgets and key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of fire protection leadership experience with multi-site responsibility.
• NICET III+ certification is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Phoenix service operations and leadership team to drive performance and service quality.
• Align operational practices with area goals and financial targets.
• Forecast, track, and report costs, profits, and service metrics for Arizona.
• Collaborate with General Managers across facilities to ensure consistency.
• Drive revenue, margin, productivity and customer satisfaction across the territory.
• Develop standardized processes and best practices for scalability and reliability.
