Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a service sales team (recruiting, coaching, retention).
• Experience setting budgets, forecasts, and KPI goals for service sales.
• Strong collaboration with operations and senior leadership to drive revenue and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Service Sales Team to drive recurring service inspections and projects.
• Hire, train, and mentor the Service Sales Team; recruit top performers.
• Develop and manage annual Service Sales budget and forecasts.
• Set Service Sales goals, quotas, and KPIs; monitor performance dashboards.
• Build relationships with key Service Customers and drive accountability for results.
