Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Event Staff member to support guest experience at our arena. You will perform ushering, ticket scanning, greeter duties, and customer service while maintaining safety and a fun, engaging atmosphere for fans.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in hospitality or entertainment preferred.
• Love working with and helping people.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude under constraints.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned section for guests; wipe seats, check hazards, report issues.
• Greet fans at gates with a welcoming attitude.
• Scan event tickets to confirm entry validity.
• Assist guests in locating seats and directions.
• Monitor area for hazards and opportunities to enhance guest experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests in ADA seating areas and enforce venue policies.
• Help manage foot traffic and know evacuation plans for emergencies.
