Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking part-time Guest Services staff for Addition Financial Arena in Orlando. You will serve as the primary contact for guests, learn venue services, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment at events.

The role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and includes benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching for part-time roles. Must be available for a significant portion of events year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred; usher or ticket taker experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a variety of events, including performances and concerts.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with ticketing, seating locations, procedures and building policies.
• Maintain control of your assigned sections or area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and related issues.
• Occasionally assist with breakdown after events.
