Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports, entertainment and concerts at Desert Diamond Arena. You will ensure safe, timely configurations for each event and lead a small team during changeovers.

Ideal candidates lift 50 lbs, work nights/weekends, and possess a High School diploma or equivalent. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and 401k, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic venue operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to gain working knowledge of facility operations and changeovers.
Experience with facility operations equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily operational tasks.
Act on all relevant information from Operations Manager and Event Manager for event setups and changeovers.
Assist with overnight conversion team to ensure appropriate flooring, risers and portable seating are set for incoming talent/events.
Participate in day-to-day operations of the facility.
Perform facility operational tasks required in keeping up the facility on non-event days.
Work closely with operations and other departments on various projects as needed.
