Job summary

ASM Global at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ seeks a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports, entertainment, and concerts. You will ensure safe, timely setups and changeovers, coordinating with the Operations and Event teams.

Role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, lift heavy objects, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced venue environment. Competitive benefits and on-site work are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn facility operations.
• Experience with event setups and changeovers preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily operational tasks.
• Act on information from Operations Manager and Event Manager for event setups and changeovers.
• Assist with overnight conversion team to prepare flooring, risers and seating for talent/events.
• Participate in day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Perform facility operational tasks on non-event days.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments on various projects.
