Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversions Crew Member to transform the arena floor for each event at Desert Diamond Arena. You will set up and break down equipment, operate tools and help with flooring, seating and staging as required.

Role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 75 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a team-oriented approach to meet tight deadlines and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment, flooring, seating and staging per requirements.
• Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment for conversions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow directions from team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
• Work collaboratively as a team to meet tight deadlines.
