Job summary

Legends Global in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports, entertainment and concerts at Desert Diamond Arena. You will work with the operations team to set up flooring, risers and portable seating, ensuring safety and timely completion.

This role requires lifting 50 lbs, night and weekend work, and clear communication across departments. A high school diploma is required; venue experience is a plus. Competitive wages and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays per event schedule.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform event setups, changeovers, and daily tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Event Manager.
• Assist with overnight conversion team for flooring, risers, and seating.
• Perform facility operations on non-event days.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects as needed.
