Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports and entertainment events at Desert Diamond Arena. You will ensure safe, timely setups and coordinate with the Operations Manager for event needs.

The role requires stamina, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A high school diploma is required, with some forklift experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn facility operations, changeovers and setups.
• Willing to operate forklifts and related equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily tasks.
• Act on information from Operations/Event Managers for setups and changeovers.
• Assist with overnight conversion team for flooring, risers and seating.
• Participate in day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Perform tasks to keep the facility ready on non-event days.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects as needed.
